Follow below steps to add subscribe button on your videos.

1. Login to your youtube account.

2. Click on Creator Studio button.

3. Click on the Channel navigation from the left sidebar.

4. Click on the Branding under the Channel navigation.

5. Click on Add a Watermark button from the right side area.

6. Click on Choose file button and select your subscribe image and click Save button.

7. Click Save button.

8. Now you can change subscribe button display settings.

9. You are done.

If you want to remove subscribe button go to branding and click on Remove button.
